While we strive to provide 24/7 emergency response and dispatch within the hour, response times may vary based on weather conditions, safety factors, and current demand during major storm events (such as tornadoes or severe thunderstorms).

4. Insurance Direct Billing

We offer direct billing to homeowner's insurance companies for covered perils (e.g., a tree impacting a structure). By utilizing this service, you authorize us to communicate with your insurance provider on your behalf. However, you remain ultimately responsible for any costs not covered by your insurance policy, including deductibles.

5. Permits and Compliance

We adhere to all local regulations, including the City of Birmingham tree ordinance and Jefferson County requirements. While we assist with navigating emergency exemptions for storm-damaged trees, the property owner is responsible for ensuring compliance with any HOA regulations or specific local covenants not covered by municipal emergency provisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Alabama law, Birmingham Emergency Tree Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any unforeseen complications during the tree removal process, provided we have operated within the standard of care for ISA-certified arborists.
